Telstra are experiencing a Nation Wide M2M outage which has affected images and data being uploaded to your uSee dashboard.
An Machine to Machine (M2M) outage affects sim card based devices such as EFTPOS, ATM services and the ones used in our uSee Remote Monitoring products.
We will be monitoring the situation and your units will continue to work once Telstra has resolved the issue.
We unfortunately cannot do anything until Telstra has restored all of their services and apologies for the frustration and inconvenience this will cause many customers.
